中神という、決して大きいエリアではないこの地に3.50（2020年4月現在）の評価を得る居酒屋を見つけたので訪問することに。
口コミを見ると、食べログのレビュアーの集いで利用されているような内容がちらほら…あ〜、なるほど。そういう系なのか？と思いながら、この手の居酒屋では珍しい、タッチパネルにて注文していきました。

お通しは、味のついたエノキと燻製のような玉子焼き。エノキは味が濃いめで、シーチキンも入っていました。燻製と思われた玉子焼きは、スモークはされていないようですが、ふんわり感はない玉子焼きで、ほんのり甘み。
で、小アナゴの唐揚げってのは珍しいなぁと思ったので頼んだわけですが、注文を受けてからしっかり揚げていたようです。細長い、サクサクとした衣をまとう小アナゴは、顔もはっきり識別できます。微妙なふっくら感も分かる小アナゴ、これはなかなか美味しいかも。量は少ないですが、量より質ってやつ。3.7。
で、アナゴと共に本日の料理としてボードに書かれていた赤鶏なんですが、凍った状態で提供されており、食べたらシャリシャリ言ってた。氷が溶けると、臭みのない、弾力性に優れた良質な赤鶏だなって思ったんですが、凍った状態というのは、本来の美味しさを半減させちゃうので。提供状態は注意を払ってほしかったなと。3.5。
スタッフの対応も雰囲気も良かったと思いますし、料理も美味しいとは思いましたが、評価が高いだけにね。期待値は上がっていたので、そう考えると…的なね。
