週末のショートトリップで福生近くまで訪問。ラジオの情報で、多摩酒蔵がやってるという宿泊施設に泊まってみたかったため、1泊2日の飲み会になりました。基本的にメニューは酒のつまみですが、寿司や仕上げに蕎麦・うどんもあります。ツマミのレベルがかなり高いです。ただ僕には少し塩味が強かったですね。鎌倉の方からわざわざ来るかと言うと微妙なレベルです。
