今回は塚田農場にインスパイアされて出来たと思われる、山内農場
当然、九州の地鶏と、野菜が売りのお店です。
注文はコースで。飲み放題付きの｢桜島｣3980円です。
★新鮮野菜三種 特製味噌を添えて
キャベツを刻んだものと、キュウリ。これに味噌をつけていただきます。
もちろん、塚田農場のお通しとほぼ同じ。まあ、今回はこれに、ミョウガが
付いていたので、一ひねりあったかな。
まあ、この食い物自体は嫌いではないですが、これと枝豆で15分持たせるってのは、
ちょっと厳しいですね。
★塩枝豆
普通の枝豆です。
★枕崎産一本釣り鰹のお造り
お刺身は、そんなに悪くないですね。
★地鶏と軟骨の炭火焼き
名物料理だとは思いますが、そんなにおいしくは無いです。
まあ、これは本家もそんな感じです。
★串木野産さつま揚げ炭火あぶり焼き
特においしいわけではないです。
★ゴボウチップスとスパイシーポテト
まあ、皿数を増やすためだけのおつまみって感じですね。
★名物チキン南蛮
まあ、ビールには合います。
★冷やし知覧茶そば
なんか、だいぶ前からゆでておいたような感じです。
ふにゃふにゃで、ちょっと厳しいですね。
今回、一番安いコースだったので、おつまみのレベルもかなり
低かったようです。普通に注文すれば、もっと印象は違ったかも
しれません。
あと、店員さんが、ミニ浴衣を着ていたりはしません。お間違いなく。
