餃子の王将ラーメンセット
先日いただいた遅めのランチ
たまに食べると美味しい 餃子の王将 南大沢店へ
こちらは醤油豚骨ベースで背脂もなスープ
醤油豚骨らしいまったり感に背脂でコクと甘みがプラスされいい感じ
麺はやや軟めながら北海道産小麦100%な中細麺
スープにちゃんと合っている
トッピングは
チャーシュー、メンマ、もやし、青葱
バラロールチャーシューは薄味付けの脂も幾分落ちたもので食べやすい
メンマはザクザク食感
モヤシは多めでシャキシャキの食感が良い
青葱もそれなりにあるので良い薬味感
これが500円（税抜）って安いと思うの
セットにすると950円（税抜）で餃子一皿と半炒飯もついてくる
餃子はちょっとオイリーだけれど大蒜も効いていい感じ
炒飯はいい感じにパラパラですが個人的には味が薄いので、卓上のマジックパウダーをちょいがけして好みのお味に
お腹が満たされて満足です
