JR八王子駅北口すぐにあるこちらに約1年半ぶりの訪問です。
後輩たちに誕生日を祝って頂きました。希望を聞かれカニと答えたらこちらを予約してもらえました。
八王子でカニ食べるならやっぱりここか鬼無里村さんですね。
店内は8割ほどのお客さんで、半個室に通されます。
ということで今回はかにづくし鍋のコース。
まずはかにサラダとかにみそ。
かにサラダにはほぐし身とかに爪がしっかりと。
かにみそは旨みたっぷりで臭み無くずっと突っついていたい。
ドリンクはグレープフルーツサワー。すぐに飲み干し、そして田酒の純大を戴きます。
しっかりと甘いです。
続いてかに刺し。とろとろで甘い。
かにしゃぶも刺しと同じようなポーションで、甘みに出汁の旨みが追加されます。
続くお酒は黒龍の大吟。安定のキレと旨み。
かにグラタンは子供のころから大好きなあの味です。そこにしっかり蟹のほぐし身が。
天ぷらもかに身たっぷりですが、もう少しサクサクがほしいかなぁ。。
〆は雑炊。
お鍋を回収され小分けされてやってきます。
蟹の旨みがしっかり行き渡り美味しい。
最後に巨峰とマスカットを誕生日ということでサービスで戴きました。
