八王子から新座に帰ると途中、八王子市街地の北側を走行中に偶然、へぎそばの幟が目に入り、立ち寄ってみました。店名は「越後そば弥彦」です。これまで新潟の弥彦には何度か行ったことがあり、弥彦神社、弥彦山、弥彦競輪場、岩室温泉などを満喫しました。そのこともあり親近感がわきました。店内も趣のある作りで立派な梁に感動です。早速、へぎそば（950円）の大盛り（プラス300円）を注文しました。ボリュームがありめちゃ美味しいでした。また来たいです。
