八王子でへぎそばを食べられることにちょっとビックリしながら、初めて伺いました。
へぎそばをいただくのは10年以上前に新潟の長岡市にある小島屋でいただいた以来になりますので、懐かしさもありながら暖簾をくぐりました。
注文は、お店の入口の掲示板に地元のコミュニティ紙に掲載されていた「丸ごとしめじ天」をお願いしました。10分程で運ばれてきましたが、目にはいってきた、しめじの大きさにビックリ、拳を二つ重ねたぐらいの大きさで食事するには、はさみで切って口に運べるぐらいにして、塩やレモンを振りかけいただきました。
しめじは、そのうま味を感じながらレモンでさっぱりさせたりさせて、へぎそばとあわせいただきました。へぎそばもこしがあり、長岡で食べた感じを思い出しました。
美味しくへぎそば屋さんでした。
