八王子みなみ野駅から徒歩3分くらいのところにあるマンション１Fのお店です。
家族の誕生日祝いで訪れました。
コースは3種類ありましたが、私たちはメインにお魚とお肉が両方いただけるメニューレジェ（6700円）にしました。
それとこの季節限定の桃スープ（６００円）をつけてもらったのですが、これがとってもおいしい！！
ほんのり桃の香りがする冷たいスープです。
桃を使っていますが、甘くないのでデザートではなく立派にお食事のスープになっています。
ヴィシソワーズをベースに作っているとか・・・。お代わりしたいくらいおいしかった！
コースは前菜が出てくるまでの間、レバーのテリーヌがどんっとテーブルに運ばれてくるので好きなだけ取って食べて待ちます。
テリーヌもおいしいですが、一緒にくるピクルスも自家製のようで美味。
前菜は「しったか」という名前の貝と夏野菜を使った涼しげなゼリー寄せ。
メインの前に前述の桃のスープ。
メインはスズキのソテー・ローズマリーのソースだったと思います。
お肉は牛ヒレステーキとシェフ自家菜園の野菜のサラダ。
お肉は牛以外に豚の煮込みが選べました。
妹が注文した豚をちょっとわけてもらいましたが、葡萄のソースが美味しくって絶品。
そして最後にデザート。
前もって誕生日祝いである旨伝えていましたので、きれいに飴細工を施したデザートを用意してくれていました。
この後、まだおなかに余裕があれば手作りのマシュマロ・マカロン・キャラメルなどを持ってきてくれるのでぜひどうぞ。
このボリュームでこの値段。お得だと思います。
お酒はシャンパンのハーフボトル・赤白それぞれグラスで1杯飲んでお会計一人１００００円ちょっとくらいでした。
親子でやっているのかな・・・。
笑顔が素敵でいつもお店の外まで見送りに来てくれるシェフとなかなかかっこいい男の子がホールを担当しています。
我が家ではお祝い事があると利用するお気に入りのお店です。
