前回カルビとハラミだったので、今回は
黒毛和牛カルビ定食（ボリューム160g）2,100円と
黒毛和牛ロース定食（ボリューム160g）2,100円をオーダー
定食にはサラダ・キムチ・ライス・スープ付き

脂が多過ぎず程よい霜降り。旨みがあってすごく美味しい。
軽く焦げるくらいが炭の香ばしさを感じられて好き
ロース
思った以上に脂のない赤身なので焼き過ぎるとパサつく。

八王子ユーロードの終点、甲州街道と交わった所にある
炭火焼肉専門店「焼肉まんてん」
八王子市内に炭火焼肉、ジンギスカン、
すき焼・しゃぶしゃぶの店を
展開する「ト金グループ」の店
脂が入り過ぎない30ヶ月ほどの体の小さなメスの
黒毛和牛にこだわっているとのこと。
そのこだわりの黒毛和牛の炭火焼肉が
ランチでは1,500円からいただける。
