ざーっと評判を見比べたところ
コメント数は少ないものの、評価が高い「天神」さんに行くことに。
場所は八王子駅から歩いて10分。
住宅街の中で、私的には便利な場所ではなかった。
ガラガラと扉を開けると
昭和の感じがする焼肉屋さん。
夫婦2人で切り盛りしているようだが
常連さんだか、家族なんだか、友人なんだかが
洗い物を手伝っていたり
雰囲気は非常にアットホーム。
で、肝心のクオリティーは
可もなく不可もなくと言ったところ。
隠れた名店では？と期待があった分
がっかり感が強くなってしまった。
□詳細□
レバー刺・・・私が必ず頼むオーダ。ここのは暗褐色で切り口が丸く、口の中で溶け残る。
甘みは申し分ない。量はなかなか有り(１０枚以上)
あとレバーの上に、ゴマも何も載っていない愛想のなさが凄い。
ビール・・・マスターはとても丁寧に(最初の泡を捨てるなどの工夫)ビールを注いでいて、好印象。
ただし、おかみさんは普通に注ぐ。
ビビンバ・・・特にコメントなし、普通。
キムチの盛り合わせ・・・辛味が弱く、食べやすい。おしんこ感覚。
カルビ・・・かなり刺しが入っていて、美味しい。
天神ロース・・・珍しいロース肉の生食。恐らく看板メニュー。
肉は柔らかいが、揉み込んでいる塩ダレの味が強すぎて、ビールやご飯なしではキツイ。
ホルモン・・・脂身の少なめなホルモン。良くも悪くも癖が無い。

ビール4杯、上記以外のお肉も色々食べて、男２人でほぼ満腹

悪くはないが、リピートはしないだろう。
というものの、お会計の際に、すべてのお客さんと雑談してから送り出すなど
家庭的であったかいサービスはかなり良いと思うので、
そういうものを求める方には是非。
