2023.12 [Visit] Italian Cuisine located 3 minutes walk from JR Hachioji Station and Keio Hachioji Station! Available on weekday nights! Reserve a full course for 7,480 yen in advance! +One drink costs just under 9,000 yen. The store has a calm atmosphere, but the staff are friendly. Looking at the website, I thought the attire would be formal, but casual is OK! The course includes a choice of appetizer, choice of pasta, fish/meat, dessert, and coffee. The appetizer platter has a variety of tastes and appearances...so good! The saltiness of the pancetta and the sweetness of the fat are amazing. Both the octopus and porcini have the best texture! The pasta is soft and easy to eat with a rich cream sauce. For fish, try the swordfish with a refreshing tomato-based sauce. The meat is a lean Steak topped with plenty of truffles. Arugula, eggplant, and porcini appeared on multiple plates...something that bothered me a little. The creme brûlée dessert has a punchy caramel that goes perfectly right after. The food as a whole has a handmade feel to it and gives you a sense of warmth. It was a relatively refreshing and delicious dish. However, it takes a while for the food to come out, so you may need to be patient. I want to try it for lunch next time!
