2014.02.13. 呑み
こちらのお店はＪＲ中央線の八王子駅北口から左手の細い路地を西側に歩いて
２分ほど、グラーン三番街通りにある居酒屋さんでオープンされてからまだ半年
あまりしか経っていないと伺いました。
お店に着いたのは１８：３０ぐらいで店内の先客は一階にはなし、二階には何人
か居た見たい。入り口から直ぐ右側のテーブル席に座りとりあえずホッピーセット
４２０円とウーロンハイ３１５円を注文です。
ほどなく出てきたホッピーセットにはお通しのキンピラゴボウ３１５円、料理の注文
は白子ポン酢５２５円とかにみそ４８０円・赤ウインナー炒め５２５円・塩煎り銀杏
６３０円まで。
先ず始めに出てきた料理は白子ポン酢、中皿に少し小ぶりな白子が３つ～４つ、
食べるとおいしい、鱈の白子は年明けぐらいからいっそう甘みが増してきてまさに
旬を実感できるお味です。
間髪を置かずに同じく中皿に盛られたかにみその登場、蟹味噌だけの素っ気ない
ものではなく蟹の味噌とほぐし身・胡瓜の千切り・アサツキの見た目が良好。食べ
ても呑みながらチビチビやれる ちょっとうれしい一品でした。
少し間が空いてから出てきたのは赤ウインナー、大きめな皿に赤ウィンナーが８本
もあり切れ込みもやけにキッチリでレタスとかいわれ大根・マヨネーズも、お味の方
は普通の赤ウィンナーです。
赤ウインナーの直ぐ後に出たのが塩煎り銀杏、赤ウィンナーと同じ皿に銀杏１５粒
あり焼きあがった塩もたっぷり、これも居酒屋さんの定番の味でした。
呑んだのはほんの１時間３０分で二人とも三杯ずつ、駅近で不可も無いキチンとし
ている模範的なお店です。
