今夜はディナーで産直朝どれ鮮魚居酒屋 灘や 八王子店さんに行きました。
こちらのお店は、八王子にある海鮮系の個室居酒屋さんです。
まずは桜鯛のしゃぶしゃぶ鍋を注文しました。
お野菜を煮詰めつつ、桜鯛をしゃぶしゃぶしていただきます。
湯をくぐった鯛からは、新鮮な旨味が滲み出ていました。
お野菜やキノコも美味しく仕上がり、良い満足度が得られました。
一緒に注文をしていたお刺身の五種盛りも登場です。
鮮度の高いお刺身は、どれも舌触りが良くて美味しいです。
身も厚みがあって良いですね、海老は味噌までちゅるちゅるいただきました。
全体に味の染み渡った金目鯛の煮付けも登場。
ほくほくの身は中までしっかりと味が染みて贅沢な味わい。
美味しいですね。
お魚尽くしでもあれなので、と、鶏手羽先の唐揚げも注文。
からりと揚がった手羽先は、美味しそうな照り具合。
甘辛いタレでコーティングされていてジューシーな味わいでした。
付け合わせに茄子やシシトウ等が添えられていて
彩りも華やかで良い感じですね。
手羽先も美味しかったのですが、お野菜もなかなか良い感じでした。
そこそこに飲み食いをして、楽しい飲み会は終了。
お店が駅から結構近いので、行きも帰りも楽ちんなのが良いですね。
