高尾山登りの際、高尾山入り口より駐車場が西八王子の方が安いし、ラーメン屋さんもたくさんありました。
その中でも、西八王子駅から徒歩5分の弥栄さんに今回はお邪魔しました。
そして、初めての八王子ラーメン！
玉ねぎの微塵切りがトッピングされていると聞いてどんな味かワクワク。
醤油ベースのスープに生玉ねぎの微塵切りがトッピングされてて、シャキシャキ食感とスープがとても合いました！
麺はストレート麺で、トッピングには煮卵、チャーシュー（バラ、ロース）、メンマ、海苔と豪華！
麺と一緒に合わせて食べれる種類が豊富な印象！
登山後の八王子ラーメンは身体にとっても沁みました〜
