クジラ商店の向かいの地下にいつの間にか出来ていました。
和食のお店だそうで、気になったので入ってみました。
実はこのお店、クジラ商店を経営してる株式会社殿岡プロダクツが新たに出したお店だそうです。
とは言え、店内は、高級割烹風の内装で、それなりに高級感があります。
ただし、初めてお店に入った時は、カウンターに、ちょっと騒がしいお客さんがいて、
なんというか、私には微妙な感じでした。店主とはお友達のようでしたので、しょうがないかと
思いますが、始めたてのお店では雰囲気作りが大事かと思います。多分、クジラ商店とは
違う感じにした方がいいのではないでしょうか。まあ、余計なお世話かな。
まあでも、やはり気になったので、再訪しました。今回は再訪のレビューを書きます。
今回は、お客さんはカウンターにおひとり様だけでした。この方も店主のお友達のようでしたが、
感じのいい方で、気軽にお話をしたりと、結構盛り上がりました。今回の雰囲気は
とても良かったです。
★お通し
前回と同じような感じで、3種類出てきました。
玉子豆腐に北海道産のウニ。ヤマノイモに塩辛。エビイモのから揚げ。
北海道のウニはなかなか物がよくておいしかったです。ほかも手が込んでいて
なかなかいいお通しでした。
★クエお造り
クエが出るってなかなか珍しいですね。思わず頼んでしまいました。
クエの身は、歯ごたえがあって、鮮度がよさそうでしたが、味はもひとつ
物足りない感じでした。物は良さそうだったので原因はわかりませんが、そんな感じ。
おまけでついてきた、オキアジはすごくうまみがあって美味しかったです。
★鯛あら煮
鯛の頭です。身が結構ついていておいしく食べられました。煮汁も適度な味付けで
良かったです。
日本酒はいろいろあるみたいで、好みでお願いしました。
こちらのお店は、五島列島の漁師さんから直送の魚介類を使っているそうで、そのため
冬場はほとんどいつでもクエを出せるようです。ほかにもイノシシ鍋もお勧めとか。
クエしゃぶもあるようなので、また食べに来ます。
