ほんとにどうにかなりそうなぐらい
暑い日が続いていて、
以前から気になっていた
こちらの夏季限定メニュー
冷汁膳をいただくことに。
12時少し前の訪問で、
先客5,6、後客5,6。
清潔感、高級感のある店内です。
冷汁膳は限定6食とのことで
少しひやひやでしたが、
大丈夫でした。
ランチメニューは他にも2種類あり、
今日は新サンマを食べている方が多かったです。
10分弱で提供。

いきなり冷汁ではなく、
まず刺身から。
寝かされて旨味とやわらかみが出た
白身の刺身です。
いいと思います。
ホウレンソウのお浸しは
やや塩分強めの仕上がり。
漬物はしっかり漬かっています。
よし、冷汁を。
添付のおたまでご飯にかけます。
氷ががっちり入っていて
冷え冷えの汁です。
大葉、ミョウガ、ショウガなどの
薬味はたっぷり入っていますが、
具らしい具はないのかなと
一口食べてみると、
細かくほぐされたツナのような
魚が汁と混然一体となっており、
うまい。。。
今まで食べた中で一番うまい
冷汁です。
杏仁豆腐もしっかりと作られていて、
食べ終えたときの満足感はひとしお。
ああ、やっぱり千円超のランチは
いいなぁとしみじみ思ったのでした。
