2019/8/5初訪
月に一度の八王子。
今回の反省会は當店でした。
反省会は、全部相手の会社持ちなので、具体的なことは判りませんので、お料理などのことを短文で書きます。
まずはお通し。
フルーツトマト
鱧の胡瓜和え
白バイ貝
この辺りで実力が判りますね。
居酒屋じゃないレベルだ。
期待が持てる。
焼き茄子。
これもめっぽう旨い。
出汁巻き玉子。
これは甘めの味付け。
玉子焼きって結構な一がソウルフードだと思うけど、「甘い」か「しょっぱい」かに二分されますよね。
我が家の玉子焼きはしょっぱかった。
社会人になって初めて甘い玉子焼きがあるんだって知ったくらいだから。
ま、何が言いたいかというと、玉子焼きの味の好みは千差万別。
ただこの出汁巻き玉子の出汁はとても良くできていた。
お刺身の盛り合わせのレベルも高い。
西京焼き2種も面白いものだった。
揚げ物は炒らなかったかな？
総じてレベルは高いです。
お酒の種類も多かった。
又酒の単価はさほど高くない。
良心的な値付けです。
実際にいくらかかったかは判らないので断定は出来ないけど、総じて良いお店だと思います。
しかし月に一度でも八王子はきついねぇ。
