優しいお出汁がしみじみと美味しい(*´˘`*)♡ : Heiseigakkichiya

On a day off, I had just come back from the salon and felt like having a delicious Japanese-style meal lunch... (*´-`) I decided to go to a restaurant that I had been recommended as a place to have a delicious Japanese-style meal lunch in Hachioji ♪ It was after 12:30 on a weekday. I visited... "Heisei Rakuyoshiya", about a 7-minute walk from the north exit of Hachioji Station. It's in the basement, down the stairs of a building. Chii-san, the president of the Hachioji meetup, had told me about this restaurant and I had been thinking about it. I went down the stairs and heard a clanging sound ♪ I opened the sliding door and said "Hello!" and went in... But even though it was a weekday, the restaurant was almost full! (´⊙ω⊙`) When I told him I was alone, the owner said, "Sorry! We only have sashimi today... is that okay?" Actually, I was aiming for the "Cod and Sesame Hot Pot Set" which is limited to 8 servings, but... it was my fault for being late (;´д｀) I was starving and in the mood for Japanese Japanese-style meal, so I replied "No problem ♪ (^o^)" and sat at the only empty seat at the counter (*^^*) The two people who came after me... had been turned away because they were fully booked, so it seems we managed to get in just in time. ε-(´∀｀; ) I didn't get too disheartened! What I had was the Assorted Meji Tuna and Flatfish Sashimi Set Meal for ¥1,300 The main dish of sashimi, Small dish, pickles, milk pudding, rice, and miso soup. First, I took a sip of the piping hot miso soup... Wow! The broth was so good (*´Д｀*)♡ I was really glad to be Japanese... It was delicious miso soup. It contained wakame seaweed and fried tofu. Just one sip and you could tell that all the dishes were delicious. As expected from a traditional Japanese restaurant, the taste is very refined and sophisticated ♡ We ordered the main course of sashimi. The meji tuna is a light and refreshing tuna, but it is thickly sliced and very satisfying to eat...♡(*ﾟ∀ﾟ*) The plump flounder and the delightful fin are also nicely presented...and the freshness is outstanding! The sashimi is delicious to look at as well (*^o^*) Small dish is a salad of spinach and mushrooms. The elegant broth is soaked in...and it's very delicious ♡(*´-`) The cabbage and cucumber pickles are also delicious with shiso leaves. The milk pudding has a gentle sweetness... Each one is delicate... so delicious... you can tell it's been made with care ♡ I ate it all in one go... thank you for the meal (*´ω`*) My desire for delicious Japanese-style meal was fulfilled (*´-`)♪ I had a short chat with the owner... I learned that he is particular about his sake, so I would like to visit again in the evening (*´˘`*)♡ As a kind wife, this is a restaurant that I would like to bring my husband to as well ♪ Next time, I would like to try the hot pot set meal again! ( ´▽｀)♪ I will definitely visit again (o^^o)
