会社の打ち合わせ終わりに串揚げ居酒屋の
串八本舗に行ってきました。
こちらが、串揚げ盛り合わせの第一弾と第二弾。
お肉系、お魚系からお野菜系と種類も豊富です。
衣が薄く、さくさく食べやすい串揚げでした。
串揚げも美味しかったけど、さすが揚げ物屋さん。
揚げ物類はどれも美味しくて、鶏のから揚げや
海老のから揚げも美味しかったなぁ。
スタッフさんは店長さん含めてとても話しやすい方たち
ばかりで楽しいし、店内は和やかな雰囲気です。
食べログの口コミでもスタッフさんの評価が
めっちゃ高いのも納得ですよ。
店長さんの串揚げに対する熱意も素敵で
食材をなんでも揚げて試してみるとのこと。
もちろん失敗する食材もあるようですが
とっても向上心、探求心があって素敵だと思いました。
ちなみに、失敗した食材は水気の多い野菜、
例えばきゅうりや大根は美味しくなかったそうです(笑)
最後は飲み放題のメニューには入っていない、
広島カープの梅酒を頂いちゃいました！
カープファンの店長さま、ありがとうございます！
ラズベリーが入って赤い梅酒なんですよー。
飲み放題のお酒もたくさんそろっていて
ほんといいお店を紹介してもらいました。
八王子でお酒飲む機会があったら、
また串八本舗を利用させて頂きます。
最後は2017年広島カープセ・リーグ優勝記念のボトルで〆。
