前日に戴いたプーニムパッポンカリーが個人的に今一つだったので、
2日連続で狙います。
こちらはタイ料理というより東南アジア各国の料理を戴けます。
到着時先客3組で、すぐにカウンターに着席。
椅子が高い。。
席はカウンター5席に二人掛けテーブルが4つほどのコンパクトでおしゃれな店内。
BGMは洋Pop。
スタッフは日本人の方がフロアに1人と厨房に1人。
注文。
プーニムパッポンカリーは勿論。ゴイクン(生春巻き)も注文。
ついでにメコンハイも。
メコンハイを飲みながらお通しとして提供されたえびせんを食べているとゴイクン到着。
まず皮がしっとりもっちりの肉厚でとても美味しい。
中の海老の食感、鶏肉のさっぱりとした旨味もよいです。
付け合わせのソースも甘辛で◎。
そして暫くしてパッポンカリー到着。
オイスターソースの香りが広がり、味も甘味、辛味、旨味共に良いです。
ソフトシェルクラブはゴロゴロしてて野菜も赤パプリカ、玉葱、韮？などが入りフレッシュ。
ご馳走様でした。
