At the after-party of Tabelog Hachioji off-line meeting (the third restaurant I personally visited), I visited ``Sakaba Cafeterias Damonde,'' a few minutes walk from the north exit of Hachioji Station. This room is used by 3 people, Mr. C and Mr. F. This restaurant used to be Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) restaurant...? Things have suddenly changed due to the coronavirus pandemic. It was around 21:30 on a Saturday, and the restaurant was almost full. At first, I was shown to a table near the entrance, but apparently smoking was allowed? ? Inside the store... I was wondering if the smoke next door was bothering me, but the staff member said, ``If you don't mind, I can take you to the tatami room in the back,'' so I moved. ◯What I ordered ◇Kamo Kanehide Sakura Fubuki ¥1,000 (This is Mr. F, a heavy drinker) ◇Dewar's Highball ¥480 x 2 (Since they didn't have enough for one cup, I received a "Roman" cherry blossom label at the service...This is Heavy drinker C (^^)) ◇Bamboo shoots sashimi ¥700 There is no strange taste... Soft yet crunchy bamboo shoots, delicious ♪ I had it with butterbur miso... It tasted like you could drink Japanese sake with just butterfly miso. …♪(*´ω｀*) ◇Grilled fava beans (2 pieces) ¥500 …Since there were 3 of us, they offered 3 pieces for ¥750. It was simply baked, but it was simply delicious ♪ ◯Appetizer ・Shallettes and miso ・Grilled shellfish Surrounded by two heavy drinkers...I don't drink much...so I had a little highball...(´･ω･`) First party I was full, so I didn't eat much...but there was a hand-written menu with sashimi and seasonal vegetables.I personally like restaurants with hand-written menus, so I was left with a good impression♪(^_ ^) It's a restaurant that mainly serves Japanese-style meal, so... I just have to enjoy it... (￣▽￣;) Sunfish season has been lifted, and I'm going out late at night for the first time in a while... Cinderella is swayed by a pumpkin carriage... Returning home ♪ In front of Hachioji Station It was a night when it felt like the liveliness of the city had returned a little.
