刺身盛り合わせは醤油の代わりに煎り酒を使用
塩もつけてくれるの嬉しい☺️
甘海老の昆布〆、赤貝、とり貝、白バイ貝、
みる貝の紐炙りと、肝と、すみイカ、みずたこ
貝多めラインナップが楽しい
少し余らせてお願いすればアテ巻きにアレンジして
出してもらえちゃう！テンションあげあげ☝️
ここアテ巻きも絶品！
いわしのガリ巻きのきゅうりの繊細さ見て
ガリは赤酢で作ったものらしい
パンチあるのでガリ単体でもお酒が進むわ〜

ところで超良い香りが漂ってて正体はおでん
おでん盛り合わせも頼むしかない！笑
たいら貝のひもの串に、えのき、豆腐、はまぐり、
八王子の地産地消こんにゃく
おでんがあったらとりあえず検討したくなりがち、
おでん出汁割。昆布の香りがぶわっとくる
痛風たまごはウニ！イクラ！卵！
イクラをどぶぁっとかけていただきます☺️
