蕎麦と杜々@高尾山口
高尾山登山を午前に済ませ、お昼は付近の蕎麦屋に行ってみようという事に。
高尾山口から少し離れていますが、この辺りでは最も評価が高いお蕎麦屋さん。
古民家の中で営まれており、待機は中庭でした。かなりゆったりした営業なので1時間近く待ちました。
天せいろ 2030円を注文。
蕎麦は若干太めでもっちりとコシがあり、香りも素晴らしい。よくある観光地の蕎麦という感じではなくしっかりとした本格的なお蕎麦です。わさびの香りと辛味も鮮烈。
天ぷらはどれも美味しいですがさつまいもの甘味と香りが印象深かったです。
店内クーラーは機能しておらず扇風機なので団扇必須です。
