塩船観音につつじを見に行きました。
圧巻でした。今年はつつじがきれいですね。
遅めの13時くらいのランチ。
ばっと、目に入って、入りました。
満席で外で待たされました。
席の準備ができてすぐに入れました。
埼玉豚のしょうが焼き定食900円を注文しました。
まず、サラダ。
いろいろな野菜があり、これだけでも楽しい。
しょうが焼きが登場。
少し甘めのタレに絡んで少し脂身の強い肉で登場。
個人的にはもう少し、肉を焼いて脂を落としてから
タレに絡めるといいかな。
まあ、生の玉ねぎが添えてあるので、
一緒に食べるとあっさり食べられるかな。
