鳥取砂丘駐車場の真ん前にあるのが、ここ砂丘会館。
お土産売場に併設されているのが、いかにもという観光地食堂。
地元の海鮮を使ったどんぶりや定食など、美味しそうな写真がエントランスを飾っている。
砂丘散策を終え、空腹と疲れとで、迷うことなく入店。
まずテーブルに座り、卓上にあるメニュー表で食べたい物を決めたら、入口横にあるレジで食券を購入するシステム。
特選ばらちらし丼。
マグロ、サーモン、鰹、蛸、とびっこ、きゅうり。
値段が値段なだけに、それ相応。
特別美味しい訳ではないがまずまず。
鳥取和牛使用和牛カレー。
とっても甘くてマイルド。
観光地食堂でらしいカレー。
肝心の鳥取和牛は、薄くスライスされたものが想像以上にたくさん入ってる。
鳥取和牛がどんなものか分からないけれど、柔らかくしっかりと肉の味を感じる。
もしまた来店するようなことがあったら、次も迷わずカレーだな。
