元祖って言い切っているこちらのお店。
でも、その元祖を求めてイカ丼を食べにやってきました。
一見すると、白イカだけが乗っているイカの丼のようですが、下側にはイカの肝で焼いた足がサンドされていて味の変化が楽しめます♪
運ばれてきて、早速お醤油を回しかけ、一口イカを。
甘いー！
そこから、中の肝や、別でトッピングでついているイカの麹味噌漬けをのせて食べると変化が♪
美味しいのでぺろり♪
やはり、新鮮な海のものは、海の近くですね。
