鳥取駅前にある食べログ3.41の定食屋さん。
梅田で言うなら阪神百名店、なんばで言うならマルイの場所にあります。
駅前てまは夜営業しているお店は少ない＆居酒屋さんばかりって中で、唯一くらいの食事中心のお店です。
基本はお魚メインですが、他にもハンバーグとか定食屋さんっぽいメニューも沢山あります。
推しの定食はお刺身に焼物か煮物か揚物が付いたセット。食べる事が少ない煮魚目当てで「刺身煮物定食」1,600円をチョイス。コスパはイマイチかな。
程なくして「煮魚はちょうど出来たてです」と良いながら、お母さんが配膳してくれました。
まずはお刺身。鯛とハマチ？と何かの小さいやつ。
プリプリして鮮度の良さを感じます。
煮魚はブリ。大根はしっかり味が染みてるけど、ブリは出来たてのせいか薄味。もぅ少し濃い目の味付けが良いかなー。大根は美味いっす。
後は小鉢2つとご飯とお味噌汁。
メインの煮魚が物足りない感じだったので、食べてる途中からもぅ1軒行こうと心に決めてました。
会計時にお母さんと会話。人懐っこいお母さんで、調理するのが息子さん、お魚は毎日市場でお魚一本購入してくるとの事。新鮮なお魚の秘訣ですね。
家庭料理のお店とおっしゃってましたが、まさにそんな感じ◎次回は違うお料理も食べてみたいな。
