PR for restaurants |
"I want to eat it again!" We serve such food with the best smiles.
We have a large parking lot. This Japanese restaurant is marked by a large "Maneki" sign. The restaurant's most recommended dish is, without a doubt, the "Unagiju". We purchase fresh eels from Kochi P |
I came to the restaurant because I wanted to eat roast cutlet and udon for the first time in a long time. However, in the past, rice refills were free, but after the second cup, there is a charge. It seems that it can be made into a large serving, but I wanted to eat white rice with tonkatsu, so I gave up. I had no choice but to order a set of katsudon. Udon noodles are homemade noodles and have a chewy texture. Combined with the sweet broth of the age, it is quite delicious. I think I'm a little stiff today. The katsudon is still delicious, but it's a pity that there are few eggs and broth. Both udon noodles and katsudon are delicious, but there is a slight sense of discomfort. It seems that the leeks are frozen. Maybe it's because it's thawed or blanched, but it's moist and doesn't have a crispy feeling, and the taste isn't good. It feels like the green onions are interfering with the taste of the soup stock. In other people's review photos, it looks like a fresh green onion, so I decided to compromise that it was a coincidence or because it was a time when customers were far away due to Corona. The problem was the udon noodles that Tsure ordered, which were full of vegetables. Although there are plenty of vegetables, it is almost boiled raw. It is unlikely to cook with the remaining solid fuel. I asked the clerk Mr./Ms. to reheat it. Compared to before, the vegetables are cut rougher, and the finish is a little less polite. It can't be helped that the stem of the onion remains, but I wanted the ring to be disassembled. The chunks of vegetables that are difficult to cook are rumbling, and it is difficult for older people to eat. It's a pity because the sauce is delicious. I have used the Tsunoi store before, but I felt a drop in the level after visiting the store for the first time in a long time. It is very unfortunate that there is a significant decline in the fundamental parts of the restaurant, such as the way vegetables are cut and the use of frozen green onions, and the ingredients and ingredients are not free. The udon noodles are chewy and the broth and other seasonings are still delicious, so the disappointing parts stand out. Recently, I've been reviewing the Koyama store, and it's still delicious, and I'm commenting on it with satisfying content. Is there a difference between restaurant? I'm sorry if it's a temporary thing to maintain the business because the number of customers has receded due to Corona. The clerk who responded was kind Mr./Ms. and had a very good impression. However, if the quality of the food is lower than before, you will not be able to like the restaurant. I've made some harsh comments, but at least I want things to go back to the way they were before. I would like to use it again and review it. It's a tough time, but let's get through this and let them eat delicious food again!
