The Sanin region is centered around Tottori Prefecture. This is a udon and sushi Restaurants. The old National Route 29 is now Tottori Prefectural Route 323. When I was a child, I used to go on long trips from Harima Province to Inaba Province on my moped, but as bypasses and expressways were developed, this route became less popular. This time, I just happened to be passing by. It was a little past lunchtime, so it was time for a snack. I'm always alone, but I head to a spacious table seat. Looking at the menu, it looks like Family restaurant. It was a chance encounter here. It's a katsudon festival, the will of the Pork Cutlet gods. This is definitely inevitable love. After some deliberation, I ordered a "curry katsudon". It was late lunchtime on a weekday, but the restaurant was bustling and bustling. From ordering to being served, the bowl arrived quite quickly. Along with soup and pickled dishes, I glanced at the white rice. It's covered in plenty of curry. After properly carrying out the magnificent ceremony of eating curry, I salvage it with the Pork Cutlet of the spoon. It's like a curry futon on top of white rice with egg and pork cutlet with little liquid. I replenish the liquid with miso soup and feel completely full.
