本日訪問したのはお食事処 若林。
お食事処 若林は、鳥取県鳥取市賀露町北に位置するかに料理店です。
お食事処 若林は、若林商店が運営する店舗となっており、日本海の新鮮な海の幸を贅沢に味わうことができます。
11月〜3月は、鳥取県の誇る松葉蟹シーズンということもあり、鳥取空港から訪問することとしました。
店舗は２F３Fがお食事処、１Fはかに直売所となっています。今回は、定食はオーダーせず、かに直売所で自らかにを選定・購入し、調理台を支払い、捌いていただくことにしました。
たくさんの松葉蟹が並んでいますが、驚くのはその価格。非常に今年はカニの値段が高騰しており、先週訪問した福井県でも驚くほどの価格でした。しかし、本日からはかなり値段が下がったとのことで4500円で松葉蟹をいただけることに。聞くと、価格高騰で購入する業者も少なく、在庫過多の状況となっていたそう。
さて、ラッキーなこともあり低価格で松葉蟹をいただくことになりました。お店に入り、蟹料理開始です。

結構出汁が濃いかなぁ。かにの旨味があまり感じないかも。

味噌はとても濃厚で風味感じる素晴らしい美味しさ
雑炊
スープが濃すぎて雑炊と全く調和していません。
以上でかに料理が終了。かにを食べてみて、料理人の料理で食べる方が自分には好みなのかもと思いました。ただ、リーズナブルにかにをいただくことができるので、是非一度訪問してみてください。ご馳走様でした。
