仕事の打ち上げにお邪魔したのがここ「旬菜 こころび 本店」さんにお邪魔しました。平日に予約で行きましたが意外と空いていましたね。個室に行きましたが6人がゆっくり出来るお部屋です。メニューもいっぱいあり迷いますよね。特に海老は新鮮で生きたまま来てました。氷付で大人しくさせてたのかな？火に入れると飛びますって言われて押さえてたけど不意に飛びました。出来れば締めて持ってきてくれた方が私的にはありがたい。しかしお料理はどれも素晴らしく美味しいものばかりです。お刺身が美味いのは本当幸せです。
今度は個人的にゆっくり食べてみたいですね。
