残念ながら合いませんでした。
3点以下は殆ど付けたことがないのですが。
まずビール。グラスに匂いが。
QRコードで注文なのですがレスポンスが悪い。
軽自動車のクラクションのようなピピピーという耳障りな音が常に聞こえる。注文の音だと思うけど、カウンターに座った客に対してはありえない音。
それでも言わないと忘れてる注文もあり、スマートな感じがしない。
それで結構なお値段。サービスを磨く必要がありますね。
厨房も私の主観ですが緊張感が感じられません。
あくまで私の主観ですが声も出ていないし、ダラダラした感じ。カウンターの客がそう感じたらダメだよね。
そんな感じの鳥取の夜でした。
