I visited on the weekend at the end of November. Matsuba crab is now available! This is the season when tourists flock to Tottori from all over the country to try Matsuba crab. This restaurant is also full. The first item of the Matsuba crab course is a female parent crab with a large shell, but the amount of meat is small. Even soups, chawanmushi, and Vinegared dish contain Matsuba crab. The sashimi consists of a single crab leg, flounder roe, ground octopus, and Aomori tuna. The crab is sweet ◎ The flounder is fresh and has a good texture ◎ Surprisingly, the tuna from Aomori is also delicious. The level of sashimi is high. The rest is shabu shabu and steamed.
