When you enter the store, you will be greeted by a tagged Matsuba crab in an aquarium. This time I had the full course of Matsuba crab. The dish starts with crab miso, mosa shrimp, and crab sashimi, but the other sashimi is of course fresh, and the pine needle crab sashimi has a sweetness and flavor that fills your mouth. Next was grilled crab and Matsuba crab hot pot. The staff kindly tells us to raise shabu shabu for about 30 seconds. It tastes rare and delicious. On this day, we had a total of 9 dishes, rice porridge, and dessert, but all of them were so delicious that it was hard to rate them, and the drinks went well. To finish off the meal, shoulder meat was added to the rice porridge, and the rice porridge contained a rich and elegant Matsuba crab soup that was perfectly enjoyed down to the last grain. By the way, I was very satisfied with the selection of famous sake from Tottori. Recommended. I would definitely like to visit again.
