鳥取旅行の夕食に訪問しました。鳥取駅北口から徒歩5、6分、弥生橋通りにあります。
春のプレミアム会席を予約して訪問しました。
お酒の注文はQRコードからです。お酒は、鳥取の日本酒の日置桜伝承強力、鳥取のウイスキーの倉吉のハイボールをいただきました。
コースは、小鉢で蒸し鶏の酢の物、タコの煮付け、お刺身(泳ぎもさえび、あわびと肝、しめ鯖、鯛、穴子)、ノドグロの煮付け、もさえびの踊り焼き、茶碗蒸し、島根和牛のしゃぶしゃぶ(えのき、しめじ、豆腐、白菜、春菊)、もさえびの塩茹で、握り寿司(和牛、のどぐろ、しめ鯖)、うどん、デザートにバニラアイスが出ました。
もさえびをはじめて食べました。お刺身はぷりぷりの弾力がありました。踊り焼きは、卵もついているもさえびでした。身の甘さがなんとも言えません。とても美味しいです。塩茹でも同じく、甘さと旨さが口の中に広がります。とても美味しい海老でした。
お刺身のあわびと肝も美味しくお酒が進みました。
のどぐろは、煮汁の加減がちょうどよく白身を引き立ててこちらもお酒が進みます。しゃぶしゃぶは、赤身肉で肉の旨さが感じられました。お寿司も本格的で美味しかったです。
非常に満足度の高い食事でした。
鳥取旅行のいい思い出になりました。
