Visit this restaurant at night in Tottori. This restaurant seems to be particular about using local ingredients, and you can see that from the menu. I ordered sashimi from several restaurants, and they were all delicious. The Hirao tofu is especially excellent, and when you sprinkle it with the store's original soy sauce, it has a subtle sweetness and the flavor of the soup stock, making it an exquisite dish. I want to eat this again. The staff are cheerful and the atmosphere is not bad, but the problem is that there are many mistakes in ordering and the alcoholic beverages ordered arrive too late. It didn't seem that crowded, but...I guess it's a laid-back climate.
