鳥取県の名物料理はここ一軒で網羅してますよという自信の現れなのでしょう。
店のエントランスに水槽があるのは100m離れた本店と同じスタイル。
メニューを見たら魚に関してはたくさんありますし、肉に関しても地鶏・和牛・豚・ハムと鳥取の良さを知るには十分かと。
店内は半個室スタイル。他のお客との接触はない仕組みになってます。

お店イチオシ素材なだけあって旨い。

はたはたはスーパーで買うこともあるのですが、お店の小鍋はどんなかなと。白だしが効いた味で参考にします。

独特なソースに思いますが鳥取和牛パイプ（マルチョウ）も多くて食べごたえは十分。
