人生初めての鳥取市内の夜。この日、兵庫から鳥取へ車で大移動してきましたが、以前単身赴任で鳥取にいた兵庫の取引先の方や鳥取の取引先の方も、偶然にもここぞとおすすめしていただいたお店がこちらのお店。
人気のあるお店なので予約必須とのことで予約して伺いました。特に個室は人気で埋まってしまうようで、私が電話した時にはカウンター席のみとのことで会社の同僚と3人で伺いました。
店内は木目調の小料理屋のような小綺麗な雰囲気で清潔感があります。店員さんの接客もいい感じです。
こちらのお店は新鮮な地元の海の幸等が堪能できる良店でした。
お通しの器や味わいから品の良さがら感じられました。
注文したお料理は、へしこサラダ、地の鮮魚のお刺身盛り合わせ（板長におまかせ、写真は3人前で、ひらまさ、サーモン、さわら等）、鹿野地鶏、海鮮シューマイ、白いかのゲソ天、鳥取牛のサーロインステーキ、夏野菜とエビの春巻き、牡蠣、地ダコの柔らか煮、茶碗蒸し。
日本酒は、地酒の日置桜、諏訪泉の各銘柄をいただきました。
地の刺身のお造りは新鮮で甘みがありとってもおいしかったです。当然、日本酒にも合いました。特に、鳥取のブランド牡蠣の夏輝（なつき）は、大牡蠣でほのかな磯の味わい、ぷりぷりとした歯ごたえと旨みとややしっかりとした味わいでキレのある日本酒とっても合いましまた。同僚もうまいね！というほどでした。また白イカの天ぷらもすごく柔らかく個人的には好みでした。へしこは塩っけが感じれサラダも最高！…と各種のお料理を話し出したらきりがないほどでした。
初鳥取市内の夜の宴は、素晴らしいお料理と地酒に舌鼓し、心地よい時間を過ごすことができました。
本当に良店です！
ちなみに白イカのお造りは食べませんでしたが、必須です！
