のどぐろ 赤と黒
白イカ
アオリイカ
カワハギ
鹿野地鶏
芋の素揚げ
カニはしっかりカニやった
のどぐろは脂乗ってた
白イカは甘くておいしい
アオリイカはコリっと新鮮
カワハギは淡白で鮮度高すぎる
鶏肉はモモ肉と胸肉柔らかくてジューシ
芋の素揚げはサクッとしてておいしい
お通しもレベル高くて、どれもおいしかった！
カワハギの造りは、実際にバケツにカワハギを連れて来て、これでいいですか！？って許可を取りに来てくれます
びっくりしたけど、カワハギ自身が一番びっくりしてる気がする
サーブの方の接客は普通
日本酒はまぁまぁ揃ってる
最後にカワハギのあら汁を飲んで締め！
最高でしたー
お高い料理頼んだし、日本酒もまぁ飲んだけど、一人7000円くらいやった
