前回、境港市に来た時には忘年会シーズンでどこの酒場も一杯で入れなかった。今回は満をじしてあじ亀に。店内の冷蔵庫を見ると鳥取のお酒の他に十四代などの鳥取のお酒に限らないいいとこを揃えている感じ。なんとなく気配でさささっと料理が出る感じではないので、それなりの注文。岩牡蠣は隠岐。岩輝王という珍しくタグ付きのもの。美味し。
ここまでこれに会いに来た、という感じのエビはモサエビとオニエビ。鮮度的にはモサエビに軍配が上がるわけだけど、どちらも関東の人間としてはとても美味しく良かった。この後にはナマコ。こちらも野趣溢れる美味さで良かった。
最後にモサエビを焼きで。注文してからけっこう時間がかかるので、早めにしておいた。お酒は地元の酒蔵の千代むすび。加熱で旨味が膨らみきったエビをプリッと齧りながらの酒はとても良く、頭まで美味しかった。
