何度かお昼に行きましたが、
いつも混んでいて諦めていました。
この日は17時頃で駐車場も空いていて訪問。
本日のおすすめ3貫盛りはマグロ、マトウ鯛、生エビ390円
境港産天然ハマチ190円、
境港産紅ズワイガニ390円を注文。
解禁となった紅ズワイガニが美味しいのは
もちろんですが、感度したのは天然ハマチ。
ハマチなのにブリのようにアブラが乗っていて
全然しつこくなく、青魚特有の臭みが無いのに
驚きました。思わずもう一皿注文。
こんなに美味しいハマチは今までで初めて。
結局、４貫食べてしまいました。
季節、季節の美味しい魚をまた食べたいですね。
