こちらの大衆料理こがねさんに行って是非頂いていただきたいのは
なんと言っても新鮮なお魚の数々。
獲れたての生きたままのお魚を仕入れておられます。
この前いただいたお魚・・・なかなか名前が出てこないのですが、
何かここ山陰の珍しい地魚と言ってお出しいただきました。
お刺身でいただいたのですが、とにかく美味しかった。
