出張の際に、地元の方に連れて行っていただき訪問。
客層は、この時は男性比率高め。ワイワイした感じで、普段使いの居酒屋さん。
メニューは、海鮮中心で鶏肉もあり。
鯵の炙りなめろう 680円税別
なめろうは、叩くものだと思っていたが、こちらのは細かく切っているという感じ。
これはこれで、鯵の食感が残り良いと思う。
黄身をつけたり、海苔で巻いたり、好きな味付けで食べてみましたが、
しっかり味噌味で、酒のつまみに合う。
しいたけ天ぷら 580円税別
厚めでボリュームのあるしいたけ。
厚さを見て固そうだと思っていたら、意外とやわらかい。
奥出雲のしいたけということで、山陰グルメを楽しめて良かった。
他にも山陰の魚を使った刺身などあり、食べてみたいものが色々あった。
果物系のサワーも多いし、ミルクコーヒーの焼酎割りという山陰ドリンク？もあり、
メニューが面白かった。
果物系サワーは、いくらでも飲めそうなさっぱり味。
店員さんは、忙しそうな中テキパキ動いていて、料理は多少時間がかかりますが、
ドリンクは出てくるのが早い。気持ちの良い接客。
出張の際には、またぜひ寄りたい居酒屋さんでした。
