評判を聞いて行って参りました。
最近よく噂を聞くこのお店。
期待を込めてレッツゴー！！
平日なのに座敷満席との事で、３人でしたが
カウンターに陣取りました。
なかなか雰囲気のいいカウンターです。
ドリンクを注文してまずは乾～杯！
さてメニューは豊富です、、、
地物、鳥取県産など山陰のものが多数ありここは店員さんに
聞いて選ぼうと思いきや、グイグイとおすすめを説明してくれました。
お刺身の種類も多く全部、地魚との事なので
ここは盛り合わせと、もさ海老を別で注文しました。
地魚だんだん盛り
ボリュームたっぷりです。キャ～みんなからの声
店員さんが中身を説明してくれました。
しまかつお、ひらまさ、まこかれい、白ばい貝、天然真鯛、生さば、そしてもさ海老
新鮮プリプリでした。もさ海老、生きてたみたいで痙攣してました。
続いて島根県隠岐島の岩かき

のどぐろの煮付け
こちらも大きい！このサイズでこの価格？
甘すぎず辛すぎず丁度良い味付け
金目鯛塩焼
キントキ鯛と言うらしいですがこちらも出てきてびっくり！

もさ海老の塩焼
頭から殻ごと食べるらしいです。こちらももちろん美味。
そら豆の炙り焼き
焼いて食べるのは初めてでしたが香りと歯ごたえがよく岩塩がまた美味しい。
大山鶏つくね
こちらは人数分注文。ジューシーで柔らかく卵黄の甘味とタレがマッチして美味しい。
さば寿司
あちこちでさば寿司は食べてきましたが、浅〆のさばとバッテラ昆布の味が抜群。
ねぎ、みょうが、生姜などが載っていて削りゴマがかかっています。
みんな揃って美味し～い！！
まだまだ食べたい物もありましたがお腹いっぱい！
お魚料理にはやっぱり日本酒！
地酒が豊富でおすすめの鷹勇なかだれ？と隠岐誉を頂きました。
もちろんこちらも文句なし！
店員さんの対応もとても気持ちがよく、みんな揃って大満足なお店でした。
友人と、接待でなど幅広いシチュエーションで利用できるお店だと思います。
