The restaurant uses Kagoshima Kurobeef, which the owner himself orders and procures directly from Kagoshima, as well as Japanese black beef and fresh offal from within and outside the prefecture. The lemon sours made with homemade lemon shochu and the wide range of side dishes are popular with locals, and families with children and travelers are also welcome.
