米子駅前に夏にオープンした肉と魚の寿司 yokaichi。一度行ってみたかったところ。
飲み物は、ジャパニーズクラフトジンがあったので、ジンソーダに。
お通しが、ホンバイ、月の輪 肝付き、太刀魚とイケている。月の輪は、マトウダイ。肝といっしょにカワハギ風に出してくるなんて。
今日は、肉の寿司をメインに食べようと思っていたが、少し魚の寿司も。炙りトロサーモン トリュフ塩と、うなぎカマンベール炙り。想像通りの味だが、うなぎの方は、カマンベールの溶けた感じがうなぎとよく合う。
そして、肉寿司5貫の盛り合わせ。時計回りに、ローストポーク、馬肉炙り大トロ、鳥取県産和牛サーロイン、牛タタキわさびのせ、馬肉上赤身。
名前と見た感じと味が一致するので、わかりやすかった。どれも一通りおいしい。肉寿司というのもなかなかイケるな。
今度は、魚と半分ずつくらいを食べてみたい。
