鳥取県米子市の「伊在 上福原店」さんをランチで利用しました。
「伊在」さんは米子駅前に本店があり、
豊富なラインナップの日本酒が自慢の創作和食居酒屋。
本店は夜のみの営業のようですが、
こちらの上福原店はランチ営業もされています。
ランチメニューは鳥取和牛のひつまぶし膳と海鮮丼が
2枚看板の様で、今回は鳥取和牛のひつまぶし膳(2,800円)を頂きました。
ドリンクはノンアルビール(550円)をオーダー。
和牛の赤身～グラデーションのロゼ色が綺麗で、
お味も旨味が凝縮されていて美味しかったです。
そのまま→薬味→お出汁、と正しくひつまぶしとして頂きましたが、
お出汁自体も美味しく、終盤はずっとお出汁と共に頂きました。
付け合わせの小鉢3品、茶わん蒸しもそれぞれに良い味わいでした。
先にも触れましたが、プレミアム日本酒の「新政 No.6」等、
お酒の種類・内容が素晴らしく、自分が住んでいる街にも
こういう居酒屋さんがあればな、と羨ましく思います。
