At our restaurant, we offer aged meat that is easy to eat even though it has a lot of fat. We have a wide variety of options, including the classic salted tongue and skirt steak, as well as fresh and low-odor offal, so we recommend the platter! The soy sauce-based homemade sauce made with vegetables and fruits has a spiciness that even children can enjoy.We aimed for a taste that would be liked by men and women of all ages. In addition, we blend several types of miso to marinate meat such as offal! You can also enjoy different flavors with Yukimi sauce made with eggs and grated radish, or Bakutan sauce made with green chili peppers and green onions.

A la carte dishes are handmade in the restaurant. Among them, "Ojiya", which is very popular at the Akasaka store, is recommended as a finishing touch! We offer three flavors: refreshing samgyetang made with chicken, daegutang with a spicy miso base, and beef tail.
