5 minutes by car from Kishimoto Station. Why is "Soba Restaurant Ida Farm" a farm even though it is a soba restaurant? The soba we serve is grown by inheriting rare native small soba seeds from our father. "Soba Restaurant Ida Farm" is a one-of-a-kind "100% self-produced farm" that is working on the sixth industrialization. All processes, from seed collection, cultivation, harvesting, drying, preparation, storage, milling, noodle making, and sales, are milled at the farm mill to produce buckwheat flour that is most suitable for small soba. The harvested soba is stored in a freezing room (a special freezing room that does not freeze even when it is below 0 degrees), and this freezing room technology allows it to maintain the same flavor as when it was harvested throughout the year. We are particular about the stock and ingredients of the soba soup, and are working every day to "make kaeshi without additives." We also accept reservations before visiting. Please note that we will close as soon as we run out of soba. When making a reservation, we may need to discuss the time depending on the number of visitors and as part of our COVID-19 countermeasures, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please come and enjoy the fragrant soba noodles at Soba Restaurant Ida Farm. A message from the owner of Soba Restaurant Ida Farm 961 meters from Kishimoto. |

[5 minutes by car from Hoki Town Hall] Home-grown, homemade, handmade soba noodles made with a focus on the local variety "Kosoba"!
At Ida Farm, we grow buckwheat, mill it into flour, and make noodles. We grow the buckwheat in approximately 20,000 tsubo (19,000 m2) of farmland at an altitude of 200m, close to the Tottori Flower Co
...rridor in Tottori Prefecture. To preserve the seeds, we sift them by hand to select seeds that are 3.5mm or smaller. We hope you enjoy the aroma, smooth texture, and sweetness of the ground buckwheat. Owner
