震災の影響も心配な中、観光客激減の北陸へ。
天然の生簀といわれる富山の寿司をいただきにこちらを訪問。連休最終日の月曜に開いていてありがたい。
甘エビの頭の煮物やバイ貝の炙りも美味しかったが、スルメイカの刺身に添えられたワタ味噌が最高の高。こんなに盛られて寿司屋で1,000円でお釣りがくるなんて。富山に引っ越したい。富山の握りはシャリが大きめと聞いたがシャリもネタもボリューミー。白エビはじめどのネタも口福の極み。富山の地酒などもたっぷり飲んで1人8,000円ちょい。驚異的。
今回の地震では店が潰れるのではないかと思うほど揺れ、散乱した店内を長靴履いて必死に片付けたそう。接客も大変感じよく、ぜひ再訪したい良店でした。
